Is the Wedding Ceremony and Reception “High Heels” friendly?
No.
The Wedding Ceremony and Reception both take place at the private home of the Pace family in Ojai, California. The ground on which most guests will be walking consists of gravel, grass, and loose soil, and is uneven in some places. It is highly recommended that guests avoid wearing heels, especially heels that are pointed and can get stuck in the ground.
Is there on site parking at the ceremony?
No, there is no on site parking at or within walking distance to the ceremony. We will be providing shuttles from several predetermined parking/shuttle pick-up locations to the ceremony, and then back to the parking/shuttle pick-up locations after the reception.
We will provide shuttle details and parking/shuttle pick-up locations to all guests.
What time does the ceremony begin?
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM Pacific Time on Saturday, October 8, 2016.
What day is the wedding?
The wedding takes place on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at the private residence of Kristina’s parents in Ojai, California.
Which airport is closest to Ojai, CA?
Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”), Santa Barbara, and Burbank are easily accessed and offer a relatively short ride to Ojai, however LAX will most likely have the most options and competitive fares.
LAX: 1 hour 45 min
Santa Barbara: 50 min
Burbank: 1 hour 30 min
Please keep in mind that these are best estimates only. Traffic in and around the Los Angeles area is very heavy at times, especially within several hours of rush hour. We recommend building in an extra 30 to 60 minutes of buffer time to account for potential delays on the road.
If you are renting a car, we recommend building in another 60 minutes to allow enough time to land, collect any luggage from baggage claim, take the shuttle bus to the rental car location, and rent/pickup the rental car.
